Popularized by companies such as Toyota, A3 problem solving has been adopted by lean practitioners worldwide. By using A3 sized paper, 11” x 17”, the process guides users through the scientific method of Plan-Do-Check-Act.
Bob Wallner is the operational excellence leader for Hitchiner Manufacturing’s gas turbine operations. He has spent his entire career in manufacturing, working in supply chain management in the injection molding arena and in continuous improvement in metal grinding and fabrication. He is Lean Bronze Certified, a Six Sigma Black Belt and holds a Bachelor of Science from Westfield State University. He is currently working toward his Master’s in lean manufacturing from Kettering University.

Payment or purchase order must be received by the AME office five days prior to the event start date. If no payment or PO number is received, you will be asked to pay with a credit card or check at the event before entry.
Cancellation Policy: Enrollment fee less a $100 non-refundable registration charge will be refunded up to one week before the event. Substitutions may be made up to three days prior to the start of the workshop.
