This benchmarking event will demonstrate how Chore-Time has evolved in their quest to implement lean manufacturing systems and drive the process through policy deployment, which is well-defined in the organization through monthly communications meetings. Chore-Time's lean manufacturing process will be reviewed and “before and after” snapshots and can be seen throughout the plant tour. Participants will have the opportunity to ask specific questions and learn which tactics worked (and those that did not) in the implementation process.
Note: Direct competitors of Chore-Time will not be allowed to participate in this event without prior consent.

It is the global leader of systems for poultry and egg production and they are known for providing tailored solutions (including feeding systems, broilers, climate controls and software) to improve operational performance.
