In this two-day workshop, you will learn about continuous improvement and operational excellence principles and the roles and responsibilities of lean champions. The workshop will focus on high performance teams, lean and six sigma for senior and middle managers who are held responsible for the CI/OPEX journey. The program will cover the fundamentals of lean, theory of constraints, six sigma and how those tools will improve team performance. The program will also cover sustaining the lean journey and Green Belt assessments.

Joe Barto is the founder and president of TMG and an expert in building and maintaining high performance teams including leader identification, training and development, talent acquisition and retention systems, workforce risk analysis and lean six sigma. Barto holds a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from the United States Military Academy and a master’s degree in public administration, organizational theory and leadership. He is a former US Army Cavalry Office and a Combat Veteran. Barto is a recognized expert in technology assisted learning, implementation, program management and is a published author. He has been facilitating dream team workshops since 2004.
Attendees will learn about lean, six sigma, theory of constraints and lean leadership.
Middle and high level managers interested in learning more about lean six sigma and other continuous improvement tools should attend.
