Join AME for a workshop and tour at RAB Lightinng and see the application of lean concepts to production and non-production areas (e.g. marketing, customer service, supply chain) including: lean daily management boards, 5S, strategy deployment with cascading X-matrices, a kaizen management system and more. RAB makes strong use of collaboration tools, necessary for an organization with dispersed global operations. See continuous improvement in action and network with your community of lean practioners at this one-day learning event.

Note: Attendees are asked to identify an area for application of visual management back in their organizations.

This learning event will benefit anyone interested in visual management systems, particularly in non-production areas including marketing, product development, supply chain, customer service. This event will also benefit anyone interested in learning how to set up a tiered strategy deployment process. 


You can become an AME member during the registration process for $150 per year and obtain the discounted AME member rate for this event. Payment or purchase order must be received by the AME office five days prior to the event start date. If no payment or PO number is received, you will be asked to pay with a credit card or check at the event before entry. 

Cancellation Policy: Enrollment fee less a $100 non-refundable registration charge will be refunded up to one week before the event. Substitutions may be made up to three days prior to the start of the workshop.
