Mr. Louderback is currently the VP of operational excellence at Morgan Advanced Materials, with past leadership roles at Meggitt, Cobham, Hampson Aerospace, Nexaero, and more. He is a strategic leader with demonstrated strength in identifying and assessing the engineering and operational challenges & opportunities in technical processes resulting in profitable revenue streams and organic growth.

Richard Lebovitz, AME Board Member and CEO of LeanDNA

Richard Lebovitz is the founder and CEO of LeanDNA, a cloud-based actionable intelligence platform, built by lean experts with powerful analytics and best practices operational dashboards. Prior to LeanDNA, Mr. Lebovitz was the founder and CEO of Austin-based Factory Logic, Inc. (acquired by SAP), which he started in 1997. He built Factory Logic into a leading provider of software that models the Toyota Production System, and won the Shingo Prize for Manufacturing Excellence in 2001. His unique experience bridges the world of shop-floor manufacturing and supply chain with on-demand analytical tools to support analysis and lean execution. He has led lean conversion projects in 15 countries that involved converting traditional enterprises to lean manufacturing. Mr. Lebovitz is also a board member for the Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME).
