The Dentsply Sirona Milford site produces more than 70 brands within five major platforms, which include more than 2,500 finished good SKUs distributed in 46 countries. As such, the S&OP process must be agile in carefully managing fluctuations in both supply and demand. This interactive session will cover how the global demand is calculated, how supply is scheduled and how product sequencing is executed. Takeaways include lean tools like visual factory management, level loading, cross functional collaboration, virtual Kanban and KPI management.

Cancellation Policy: Enrollment fee less a $100 non-refundable registration charge will be refunded up to one week before the event. Substitutions may be made up to three days prior to the start of the workshop.
