Dennis Ho, Director of Manufacturing, NovAtel Inc.
Dennis Ho has 30 years of experience in the electronic manufacturing industry. He helped transform the NovAtel production into a lean culture of empowerment, continuous improvement and lean initiatives. He started the lean journey in 2003, coaching and training his team on the application of lean principles and eliminating waste whiles adding value to NovAtel customers. Ho is a key lean champion in his current role supporting the lean initiatives across the company. He is Lean Bronze Certified and has been a member of the Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME) and the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME) since 2000. He holds a bachelor's in electrical engineering from Carleton University in Canada.
Isabel Murguia serves as the vice president of operations for NovAtel Inc. She has been with NovAtel for 10 years holding different positions from supply chain to order management - and back. She started her lean journey with NovAtel and finds, “Operations is fun and challenging simply because we have the opportunity and ability to add value to our customers at every single step of the process.” Prior to NovAtel, Murguia worked multiple electronic contract manufacturers and plastic injection companies, delivering results in a variety of customer service, supply chain and program manager roles. Murguia is Lean Bronze Certified and holds a bachelor’s degree in international business.

Payment or purchase order must be received by the AME office five days prior to the event start date. If no payment or PO number is received, you will be asked to pay with a credit card or check at the event before entry.
Cancellation Policy: Enrollment fee less a $100 non-refundable registration charge will be refunded up to one week before the event. Substitutions may be made up to three days prior to the start of the workshop.
