Each tour will include an onsite introduction, facility tour and a question and answer session. You will also be guided by practitioners that have gone through the lean transformation process. Send your team and let them witness the power of continuous improvement.

Note: Participants are responsible for arranging transportation to and from the tour facility.


Rockwell Automation's Cambridge operation produces medium voltage AC drives and motor control centres. This tour will focus on the manufacturing of Rockwell's medium voltage products, process solutions and smart manufacturing connected enterprise. This global manufacturing site has many years of continuous improvement implementation. Operations are now more flexible and agile, and a standardized approach is applied across facilities. Rockwell faces the same challenges their customers do on an every day basis.

Payment or purchase order must be received by the AME office five days prior to the event start date. If no payment or PO number is received, you will be asked to pay with a credit card or check at the event before entry.

Cancellation Policy: Enrollment fee less a $100 non-refundable registration charge will be refunded up to one week before the event. Substitutions may be made up to three days prior to the start of the workshop.
