Elements of 5s, flow, kaizen, standard work are evident in our facility. You will see and learn how department led improvements and waste reduction efforts ,found throughout our facility, have improved productivity and has allowed us to sustain double digit growth for 10 years.
We will also discuss:
- How the addition of automation has given us a competitive advantage in our industry
- The importance of training: Our facility has embraced lean principles by training the entire staff (350+) on lean training modules online and in person for new hires.
- How safety is our number one priority (we are on our way to becoming VPP shortly.)
