Tour Alcon's Customer Experience Center with a full display of eye care products and Surgical Instrumentation. Alcon customers including Ophthalmologists are able to experience products and even perform simulated surgical procedures while learning about the latest advanced technology available. Alcon utilizes the Customer Experience Center as a best practice to obtain critical Voice of the Customer feedback for continuous product and process improvements and design development of new products. As a part of the tour there will be an AME presentation on the best practices of using technology to advance and accelerate continuous improvement. Alcon will also provide an overview of it's continuous improvement initiative, 'Simplifeye' sharing best practices that have achieved a cultural transformation and over $150M in savings annually across all functions.
