The Innovair Group of companies is a family-owned Manitoba organization which consists of: Innovair Industrial, incorporated July 1, 2019 formerly Welders Supplies Limited (distribution of welding gases and consumables to the retail wholesale and manufacturing industries), Innovair Automation, incorporated in 2015 (manufacture of robotic fixture and material handling cells along with any other automation systems for all industries), Innovair Medical, incorporated in 2005 (distribution of medical supplies to hospitals and medical/dental organizations outside of the Manitoba marketz), Medigas Manitoba Limited, incorporated in 1976 (distribution of sleep apnea equipment and supplies plus diagnose and treat sleep apnea patients through Manitoba Medigas Manitoba Limited incorporated in 1976.)

Neil Addison is accounting manager and lean sensei at the Innovair Group. He is also the lead of continuous improvement. In his current role, he leads Innovair toward operational excellence to strive toward its vision of becoming a 5-star lean organization.
