HOST COMPANY

Duxinaroe ... the brains behind the brand? David and Levent are qualified engineers. While leading international operations / change and transformation initiatives, they studied philosophy, psychology and neuroscience, before stepping out of corporate life to consult, both independently and within professional services. This mix of experience and study, provided both gentlemen a deep understanding of the human component, as it affects 'change' and organisational performance improvement. Meeting for the first time in August 2019, they quickly recognised a deep alignment, established by their experience and education. They soon combined their efforts to bring BTFA and the Dux Model to market, in a consistent and scaleable format. The objective? To ensure 'lessons learned', through experience as senior leaders, running and transforming both large and small organisations, could be effectively and efficiently shared with other leaders, across the planet, who were experiencing, and struggling with the challenges they had personally encountered since they started their careers in the 1980's. https://duxacademy.duxinaroe.com
