Join the AME Cleveland Consortium and see first-hand how JASPER Engines & Transmissions has maintained a world-class lean operation and take away concepts to apply in your organization.
JASPER Engines & Transmissions uses five key metrics to efficiently drive productivity through various value streams, starting at the gemba and elevating through senior management. See and experience the cadence and protocols required to meet daily takt times. You'll see how the company supports u-shaped cells with just-in-time manufacturing and Kanban procedures. During the tour, you'll also witness the company's short stand-up meetings that support the walkabout review (WAR) and have the opportunity to ask questions.
This is an AME Consortia event, but is open to consortium members and non-members.
