Understand how connected data is central to Industry 4.0 and how a cloud-based model provides greater speed and agility. Learn how to deliver business value through a common platform and data model and how to implement a future ready operations management foundation.
There are key elements required today to establish a strong foundation for Industry 4.0. Hear how Sanmina has implemented this foundation to meet the competing demands of operations excellence and deep functionality while maintaining a high level of agility and cost efficiency. It has done this with a common cloud-based platform used to produce a broad range of products across its global manufacturing plants. Working with its partner, Sanmina has deployed this cloud-based platform to quickly enable process controls while providing data collection and visibility at specific work centers or across a plant. Just as the development of ERP systems over 20 years ago recognized the need for a common data model across diverse business functions, Sanmina determined that a comparable model was essential for the success of its manufacturing operations. Discover how the increasing digitization of manufacturing leads naturally to the growth of data volumes and types including unstructured data.
