Join AME and host Paul Aker for the next highly rated 2 Second Lean tour series!

The 2SL approach is like Mentoring on Steroids for companies who are interested in developing their people.

General Manager of Die Co., Inc. and employee owner of Fastener Industries, Inc., Brady Neuhart, will show how Die Co., Inc. came from humble beginnings on the road to their lean journey. He will share the hardships, roadblocks, and waste, hoping that Die Co., Inc. can be a resource for companies just starting out. What do the great examples of amazing lean companies and cultures look like day one? Where did they start? This is what Brady Neuhart will show along with their plans to improve it!

This tour will highlight all the waste, discuss some of the changes Die Co., Inc. has made to eliminate waste and improve the company. You will learn about their company culture and how an employee-owned company gives them a vested interest in improvement.

This event is part of AME's 2 Second Lean Tour series hosted by Paul Akers, author of the book "2 Second Lean" and owner of FastCap.

Host Company

Die Company Incorporated - Employee owners, manufacturing high quality spring steel and stainless-steel stampings.

  • Cage Nuts, nut retainers, u-nuts, j-nuts, u-clips, s-clips, stud receivers, or any customer specific part that their machines can manufacture.
  • Engineering services capable of designing tooling to manufacture parts according to customer prints and specifications.
  • They ship parts all over North America and some to Europe.
  • Their customer base is 70% product distributors and 30% OEM

Presenter

Brady Neuhart - Brady is the current General Manager of Die Co., Inc. and employee owner of Fastener Industries Inc. He started with the ESOP in July of 2021 as a manufacturing Engineer, moved to Production Scheduler then Plant Manager for a manufacturing plant under the Fastener Industries Umbrella. Brady has been General Manager of Die Co., Inc. since February of 2025, starting the culture transformation into a 2-Second Lean employee-owned culture.
