This event will equip executive leaders and teams with a practical, proven system for translating strategy into measurable execution — creating clarity, accountability, and sustained performance at every level. The program will include a workshop by Billy Ray Taylor, a globally known keynote speaker and an executive coach, and visit to the Magnet facility in beautiful downtown Cleveland.

Billy is the author of the best-selling book The Winning Link and a featured speaker with the Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME), Eli Lilly, Shingo Prize, and numerous global leadership forums.
Bass Khoury is Director of Operations Excellence at MAGNET: The Manufacturing Advocacy and Growth Network. There he provides expertise in operations management, engineering, and strategic planning across various industries. He holds an M.B.A. with a concentration in banking and finance from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, Bass also holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cleveland State University and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Dartmouth College.
