Lean into leadership

Overview
Leadership – like LEAN – is not an event, it’s a journey of discovering how to do things better with long lasting positive results as we strive to establish a strong, productive and sustainable culture. In this presentation, we’ll share how organizations can move from ‘that was fun, let’s go back to the old way’ to ‘let’s make this part of our DNA’ by readying leaders to lead LEAN and the culture of transformation.
