Overview

Organizations seek an engaged workforce and invest heavily in communication, training, recognition, and continuous improvement initiatives. Employees are encouraged to participate and provide input, yet engagement often remains inconsistent and difficult to sustain. Momentum builds around programs and events but fades in day-to-day operations. The challenge is rarely a lack of effort; it is a gap in system design. When management systems do not reinforce engagement, even well-intentioned leadership efforts struggle to endure. The management systems within an organization can be powerful drivers of engagement and performance. Developing systems that support connecting each person to a larger vision translates into daily experiences that are meaningful to your team.

High-performing organizations share a common foundation: systems and infrastructure that enable people to take ownership of their work, improve processes, and deliver meaningful results. In this interactive one-hour webinar, we will explore the management systems that matter most, identify common gaps and challenges, and share proven best practices from across the AME community.

Drawing on more than 60 years of combined experience helping organizations achieve Enterprise Excellence, Cheryl and Lisa will lead a practical and engaging discussion on “Systems That Engage”. We’ll explore how to design systems that empower people and sustain performance.
