Overview

The Mexico Region is proud to present this first in a series of Continuous Improvement webinars. We are expanding the horizon of AME “south of the border” to recognize the importance of cross-border collaboration. This first one-hour webinar addresses how Operational Excellence can help a company achieve a competitive advantage on a global scale. We shall address strategy today, how a company can achieve a competitive advantage, the focus on strategic core processes as the means to achieve this advantage, and what it will mean to the organization.

As the first webinar for Mexico we will conclude the program with a real-time data collection workshop addressing what the audience believes are the competency gaps in Mexico that the AME region can address. It shall be offered in English and Spanish.
