One of the greatest strengths of AME has always been that continuous improvement knows no boundaries. Across industries, cultures, and countries, our members share a common passion for learning, collaboration, and making a positive impact. Nowhere is that spirit more evident than in the remarkable engagement and enthusiasm of our AME Mexico Region.
From its inception only last year, the AME Mexico community has embraced the AME mission with tremendous energy. Their commitment to advancing operational excellence, developing people, and building meaningful connections has helped create a vibrant and growing network of continuous improvement practitioners throughout Mexico. I have been especially inspired by the participation, collaboration, and leadership demonstrated by our Mexican members. Their passion reminds us that AME truly is a global community united by a shared purpose of inspiring a culture of enterprise excellence and human-centered leadership.
As our network continues to expand across the globe, we recognize the importance of making our learning experiences accessible to more people. That is why I am especially excited to share an important step forward in how we serve our growing community: AME is now offering learning opportunities in Spanish. For the first time in AME history, we recently offered a webinar presented entirely in Spanish. This achievement reflects our commitment to making AME's knowledge and resources more accessible throughout Latin America and to supporting the growing demand for learning opportunities in members' native languages.
This initiative is about much more than translation. It reflects our commitment to meeting members where they are, removing barriers to learning, and strengthening the exchange of ideas across our entire global community. In the months ahead, you will see additional Spanish-language sessions offered through AME events and programs.
Another milestone makes this occasion especially meaningful to me personally. This message represents the first time I have written to the AME community in both English and Spanish.
If you or members of your team would benefit from attending sessions in Spanish, I encourage you to take advantage of these opportunities. And if you are multilingual, I invite you to reach out to us. We would love to learn from you and continue growing together in every language. AME members are making a difference throughout the world, and the exchange of ideas across cultures and languages only strengthens our community.

I am incredibly grateful to Javier Zarazua for accepting the role of the very first AME Mexico regional board president. He didn’t hesitate when asked and has led the regional board so well. Una de las mayores fortalezas de AME siempre ha sido que la mejora continua no conoce fronteras. A través de distintas industrias, culturas y países, nuestros miembros comparten una misma pasión por aprender, colaborar y generar un impacto positivo. En ningún lugar se refleja mejor ese espíritu que en el extraordinario compromiso y entusiasmo de nuestra Región AME México.
Desde su creación apenas el año pasado, la comunidad de AME México ha abrazado la misión de AME con una energía extraordinaria. Su compromiso con el fortalecimiento de la excelencia operacional, el desarrollo de las personas y la construcción de relaciones significativas ha contribuido a crear una red vibrante y en constante crecimiento de profesionales de la mejora continua en todo México. Me ha inspirado especialmente la participación, la colaboración y el liderazgo que han demostrado nuestros miembros de nuestra región Mexico. Su pasión nos recuerda que AME es verdaderamente una comunidad global, unida por el propósito compartido de inspirar una cultura de excelencia empresarial y un liderazgo centrado en las personas.
A medida que nuestra red continúa expandiéndose alrededor del mundo, reconocemos la importancia de hacer que nuestras experiencias de aprendizaje sean accesibles para un mayor número de personas. Por ello, me entusiasma especialmente compartir un importante paso adelante en la forma en que servimos a nuestra creciente comunidad: AME ahora ofrece oportunidades de aprendizaje en español.
Por primera vez en la historia de AME, recientemente impartimos un webinar completamente en español. Este logro refleja nuestro compromiso de hacer que el conocimiento y los recursos de AME sean más accesibles en toda América Latina, así como de responder a la creciente demanda de oportunidades de aprendizaje en los idiomas nativos de nuestros miembros.
Esta iniciativa representa mucho más que una simple traducción. Refleja nuestro compromiso de encontrarnos con nuestros miembros donde están, eliminar barreras para el aprendizaje y fortalecer el intercambio de ideas en toda nuestra comunidad global. En los próximos meses verán más sesiones en español como parte de los eventos y programas de AME.
Hay otro hito que hace que este momento sea especialmente significativo para mí a nivel personal. Este mensaje representa la primera vez que me dirijo a la comunidad de AME tanto en inglés como en español.
Si usted o los miembros de su equipo pueden beneficiarse de asistir a sesiones en español, los invito a aprovechar estas oportunidades. Y si son bilingües o hablan varios idiomas, los invito también a acercarse a nosotros. Nos encantaría aprender de ustedes y seguir creciendo juntos en todos los idiomas. Los miembros de AME están marcando una diferencia en todo el mundo, y el intercambio de ideas entre culturas e idiomas fortalece aún más a nuestra comunidad.
Quiero agradecer nuevamente a nuestros amigos y colegas de la Región AME México por su compromiso, su liderazgo y su firme dedicación a la mejora continua. Estoy profundamente agradecido con Javier Zarazua por haber aceptado el reto de convertirse en el primer presidente del Consejo Regional de AME México. No dudó un solo momento cuando se le invitó a asumir esta responsabilidad y ha liderado al consejo regional de manera ejemplar.
