Over the past several weeks, many of you have joined our introductory People & Culture conversations to explore the vision behind the new AME People & Culture Virtual Consortia.

What has energized us most is realizing how many organizations globally across industries are wrestling with the very same challenges of developing stronger leaders, increasing employee engagement, building problem-solving and improvement skills, retaining talent, and strengthening culture and performance while doing more with fewer resources.

Many organizations are trying to solve these challenges in isolation. That is exactly why we are launching the AME People and Culture Consortia. Cheryl Jekyll, and Lisa Weis will be leading this important AME initiative.

This is not another webinar series or passive monthly meeting. It is a collaborative virtual learning community built for practitioners who believe people-centered leadership and operational excellence belong together.

The organizations that thrive in the future will be the organizations that create environments where people can contribute, improve, grow, and perform at their highest potential. And the research supporting this is powerful. According to Gallup, organizations in the top quartile of employee engagement experience 23% higher profitability, 18% higher productivity, 10% higher customer loyalty and significantly lower turnover and absenteeism.

Organization using people-centered leadership approaches also report 19% higher sales and 72%lower turnover. And companies with strong engagement cultures achieved nearly4x greater earnings-per-share growth compared to competitors.

These are not “soft”outcomes. They are business outcomes.

People-centered leadership is not separate from operational excellence. It is foundational to it. The purpose of the AME People & Culture Consortia is to create a trusted space where leaders and practitioners can share real-world experiences, benchmark practices, learn from peers and experts, explore proven approaches, discuss challenges openly and gain practical ideas that can be applied immediately.

This consortia is an opportunity to build something meaningful together - a community focused on strengthening both people and performance. As we are preparing for our Founding Member Kickoff Meeting in July, AME is offering a one-time founding membership opportunity:

·      Founding Corporate Membership — $1,200 annually - Includes participation for everyone within your organization.

·      Founding Individual Membership — $600 annually -Designed for individuals.

These founding member rates are available until July 1. If you have been considering joining, now is the perfect time to join. To learn more contact lisaweis.lw@gmail.com Or  cheryl@leanleadershipcenter.com.

Together, we can strengthen cultures, develop better leaders, and improve organizational performance - one conversation, one idea, and one improvement at a time.

Lisa shares, “Organizations have widely recognized the link between culture and performance for over four decades. And yet organizations are still struggling. A big part of this can be attributed to the fact that it is simply hard, not difficult, but hard. When we are trying to make any change that is hard, community and relationships are critical. Community and relationships provide the environment to experiment and explore; to fail, to learn, to succeed, to celebrate. As a community, we can figure this out TOGETHER! That is what we are trying to accomplish with the AME People and Culture Consortia. TOGETHER we can build cultures in which all stakeholders and the organization flourish. I am excited to work with the brilliant minds in the AME to do this!”

As always, please stay safe and keep looking out for one another.
