Reimagining problem solving for the future of work
OVERVIEW
Most organizations invest heavily in problem-solving tools — yet struggle to sustain results because leadership behaviors and culture don’t evolve alongside the process.
This full-day immersive workshop blends leadership development and structured problem solving into one integrated experience. Designed like a Kaizen, participants move through real problem definition, hands-on application of tools, coaching conversations and rapid experimentation — all while examining how leadership behaviors, trust and clarity shape outcomes.
Rather than treating leadership training and process improvement as separate efforts, this experience intentionally weaves them together. Participants will work with real challenges, practice leading problem-solving conversations, and see firsthand how people systems and process systems either reinforce or undermine each other.
Throughout the day, reflection, small-group work and applied learning create momentum and insight. Attendees leave not just with tools, but with a deeper understanding of how to lead problem solving in a way that builds ownership, capability and engagement. The result is a future-ready approach to improvement — where process and people move forward together.
