2 Second Lean Tour - Applied Concepts

Overview
Tour starts with a quick meet and greet with your hosts, followed by joining all staff members at our Daily Morning Meeting. After the meeting, the tour will then take you through the factory showcasing Lean processes and principles at every step of the way.
Applied staff will walk you through their Kaizen Improvements – Gemba Docs – Kanban Cards – Poka-Yoke – Just in Time – and how quality is built into every process. These principles will showcase efficiencies gained and time saved through Lean practices.
We are passionate about spreading the Lean culture to other companies and showing it’s not impossible to implement Lean at your company.
