2 Second lean tour goba Sports Group

Overview
Join AME and host Paul Akers for the next highly rated 2 Second Lean tour series!
The 2SL approach is like Mentoring on Steroids for companies who are interested in developing their people.
During the tour of our factory, we will explore the tools and practices we use every day to foster lean thinking. Along the way, you will see concepts such as Gemba walks, Ohno Circles, visual management, skill matrices, and examples of recent improvements. More importantly, the tour focuses on the mindset behind these improvements - how continuous learning, problem-solving, and employee engagement drive lasting change rather than simply showcasing the results.
The tour also highlights some of the byproducts of our lean culture, including our canteen, factory spa, recreation area, and rooftop gardens. These spaces demonstrate how investing in employee well-being helps sustain a positive culture of continuous improvement, where people are empowered to learn, collaborate, and contribute to making the workplace better every day.
This event is part of AME's 2 Second Lean Tour series hosted by Paul Akers, author of the book "2 Second Lean" and owner of FastCap.
