2SL Leaders AI Roundtable
Overview
2 Second Lean has been embraced by many leaders worldwide. There is a high demand from Industry to ‘Learn’ from the experiences of leaders that have been practicing 2SL for a number of years with great success.
This AME session, featuring presentations by Brenden Fritz and Thomas Riner, showcases practical applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for completing real work and turning ideas into finished products.
The Real Work of AI with Brenden Fritz will provide a practical introduction to safely setting up and using AI, including configuration, safe sharing practices, and validate AI responses. The hands-on application includes a live, step-by-step demonstration of building an app to manage a morning meeting process and rotation schedule.
AI as Your Publishing Team: From Idea to Published Book with Thomas Riner will demonstrate how AI can streamline the entire publishing process. AI can serve as a publishing team by supporting brainstorming, research, editing, graphic design, book and audiobook production, and marketing while working a full-time career.
Together, these presentations will show how AI can reduce wasted effort, streamline processes, and help individuals move from an initial idea to a completed solution more efficiently.
