Glenn Bostock is Founder and CEO of SnapCab, a multi-million-dollar manufacturing company producing elevator interiors and award-winning privacy pods in the US and Canada. He invented an interlocking panel system and elevator remodelling kit that launched a new industry. Bostock scaled operations and implemented Lean in his Pennsylvania facility, then opened a plant in Ontario where they primarily produce custom privacy pods. He built a new kind of company culture based on five key principles. His book “A Human Business” was published by Forbes Books in June.
