Presenter

Edgerton (“Edge”) Coble is the Director of Continuous Improvement at Analog Devices, where he focuses on building scalable problem-solving cultures and driving operational excellence across the organization.
With a career spanning roles in manufacturing, consulting, and analytics, Edge has led improvement efforts at companies including Gemline, MilliporeSigma, Philips Healthcare, Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare, and Publicis Sapient. His work centers on simplifying how organizations operate and enabling teams to solve problems faster, improve processes, and sustain results over time.
He brings a blend of hands-on operations experience and business insight, supported by an MBA in Finance from Boston University and a BA in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Edge is also a longtime advocate of Continuous Improvement practices, frequently sharing practical insights and leadership through articles, speaking engagements, and industry events.
