2:30 p.m. Apply Lean’s focus on waste to transportation and highlight both obvious freight cost and hidden administrative waste.
2:40 p.m. Define “single source of truth” as an operating discipline and shared view of reality. Show why reactive excellence is not the same as continuous improvement and connect visibility to pattern recognition and prevention. Give the audience a practical starting point rooted in the Gemba mindset: begin with a blind spot, understand it, improve it, repeat.
