Overview
Process modeling doesn’t have to be complicated to be useful. In this webinar, we’ll explore how Process Playground can turn real-world process questions into simple, practical simulations, whether you’re new to process modeling or an experienced modeler looking for a faster way to explore an idea.
We’ll cover the building blocks of a model, then put them to work in manufacturing examples such as mixed-product lines and equipment failures.
By the end, you’ll understand how to build useful models that let you experiment with process improvements, uncover bottlenecks, and answer “what if?” questions before making changes in the real world.

Karina Kretz began working at MoreSteam in 2016. She started as a Software Developer on the eLearning team, then moved into a Developer role on EngineRoom. She later became the Lead Designer on Process Playground before landing her current role as the Director of Product for EngineRoom. She discovers and documents customer pain points in and out of the software and translates them into easy-to-use EngineRoom features. Karina is passionate about understanding problems by using data, designing solutions with mockups and wireframes, and prioritizing information to make a better product. Karina received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MSc in Interactive Media from University College Cork, Ireland.
