Hands on leader reducing cost and improving efficiencies using lean systems, tools and principles like the ones in TPM, WCM and TQM. Natural motivational and influential leader with excellent team building, engaging and coaching skills. Visual workplace expert, trained and coached one on one by Dr Gwendolyn Galsworth during 3 consecutive years. Excellence award examiner since 9 years ago visiting manufacturing plants all over the world. Total 10 years of experience leading plants and 17 at senior management level. Professor at the Technological University of Queretaro since 2017.
