Theory of Constraints flow solutions: Your path to operational excellence overview series

Overview
The Association for Manufacturing Excellence is proud to welcome Goldratt Consulting for a virtual three part webinar series of the Theory of Constraints flow solutions.
Session one: Join Rami Goldratt, CEO of the Goldratt Group as he introduces the Theory of Constraints (TOC) as a systems approach to solving tough organizational problems in order to improve. The framework says the system's performance is governed by few limiting factors, so the path to achieving significant results is to find the true constraint and concentrate effort there, rather than optimizing everywhere. The framework is anchored in Goldratt's core sequence of questions targeted at the system; what to change , what to change to, and how to cause the change. These are operationalized using TOC's Five Focusing Steps and Goldratt's Rules of Flow. The webinar will use case studies to demonstrate the consistent effectiveness of using this approach to achieve significant improvement toward achieving your goal.
Session two: Vinny Monteiro will look at identifying and removing obstacles to flow. We will zoom in and focus on how to identify obstacles to flow, pick the right projects, and then also how to remove those obstacles.
Session three: Vinney Monteiro will look at the Theory of Constraints approach to production and project environments. Vinny will provide insight into how to better understand your environment, its challenges, and how the Theory of Constraints can help in improving flow in a Production or a Project environment.
