Kathleen Hart is a Partner at Andersen, Tate & Carr, P.C., where she serves as outside general counsel to middle-market companies, guiding them through high-stakes decisions on a short timeline.
Before entering private practice, she clerked for the Honorable J.L. Edmondson, then Chief Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit — experience she draws on to translate complex legal developments into clear, practical guidance for business leaders.
Kathleen is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law.
