Littelfuse is the world leader in circuit protection and PCP (Passenger Car Products) products are used in a broad range of markets including consumer automotive. Last year PCP delivered 3.4 billion fuses in eight different product lines to 873 customers. Its plant comprises 185,000 square feet with nearly 1,500 employees that operates on four shifts, seven days a week. The AME assessment team was impressed with their people-centric leadership approach that has created an engaged workforce that drives toward enterprise excellence with policy deployment starting at the top level and features training, mentoring and many recognition events. The assessment team also recognized that the Littelfuse Operating System (LFOS) provides a baseline for the plant culture and their lean tagline of “everyone, everyday, everywhere” drives passionate employee engagement.
