GE HealthCare Repair Operations Center

OVERVIEW

At the Repair Operations Center (ROC), the organization extends the life of health care systems through repair, reuse and recycling. Participants will see how critical medical units are restored, components are recovered and the GoldSeal product line delivers affordable, high-quality second-use systems.

Participants will also experience lean in action through an employee idea system, daily management for performance visibility and kaizen events that drive rapid improvements. Structured problem-solving and leadership engagement have helped reduce turnaround times and increase part recovery rates.

This tour demonstrates how lean principles and lifecycle thinking create measurable impact for health care systems worldwide.
