To many lean practitioners, agile is something that millennials do in Silicon Valley or how hipster software developers get the latest app in to the hands of smartphone owners. Agile is that, but at its core, agile is lean applied to software development. Learn how it is continuous flow, kanban, PDCA (plan do check act), visual management and constant employee engagement. Gain insights into the basics of agile, scrum, lean startup and code jams, and how they connect back to core lean concepts.
