Overview

Learn how to effectively develop an aligned quality and lean systems plan by transforming business strategies into agile, tactical actions. Create a working sample relevant to your unique business environment. See how you can visualize, articulate and execute a plan to meet your LMS goals and objectives via hoshin kanri and supporting system tools. Develop a basic kanri example with respect to quality and lean. Review how samples of typical types of leading and lagging key process indicators (KPIs) are pertinent to your business settings. Based on a selection of sample common organizational strategies, attendees will populate a sample hoshin kanri enabling you to understand how to leverage a format that links business strategies to quality and lean initiatives and then develop relevant initiatives and tactics. Hear about the pros and cons of the overall methodology.
