Highlights

Hear about the challenge of a substandard manufacturing quality culture that was a public health and a business liability and how it was solved with an unprecedented purpose-focused, employee-driven, global operational excellence activist movement.

Overview

Learn about a complete turnaround of corporate culture resulting in quality improvement, increased supply and significant savings. Inspired by social movements, Sanofi Pasteur’s focus is now to: Leverage the diversity of its employees to create innovation, engagement and operational excellence; create connections and networks at all levels  – including social media; combine lean process improvement and large-scale volunteerism; work together to empower more people to make informed decisions. Learn how more than 5,000 employees actively support the movement, across three continents, and how leadership is evolving from ‘command-and-control’ to ‘support-and-coach’ resulting in improved operational performance. Human errors and recurring deviations are down by double digit, right-first-time has improved significantly, as well as timeliness of corrective actions, and vaccine supply has been debottlenecked. Discover how Sanofi Pasteur is achieving both outstanding business results and a profound business transformation.
