Speaker: Robert Downing

Dr. Robert Downing is an organization development facilitator for HII-NNS. He has more than ten years’ experience in process improvement with the company. He gained process improvement experience as the production superintendent for Union Camp Corporation’s particleboard facility. He is a certified lean six sigma sensei and a lean six sigma black belt, and he is certified in production and inventory management. Downing has written materials for more than 30 publications.
