The Kroger Company’s State Avenue operation was built in 1925, incorporating labor-intensive processes. With the partnership of more than 350 team members, the 650,000 sq. ft., customer-focused facility produces products across six different automated production lines. It produces high-quality products that meet customers’ needs.

Tour Host

Chris Germann is the continuous improvement leader for the State Avenue Kroger manufacturing facility. He has ten years’ experience in lean enterprise and operations management roles focused on implementing a continuous improvement culture.
