Speakers: Bill Pierrakeas / Larry Bauman / Pat Lucansky

Bill Pierrakeas is a results-oriented industry advisor and consultant serving in managing consulting with Value Innovation Partners, Ltd. (VIPGroup). He serves on several industry conference panels and advisory boards. He is skilled at developing profitable business relationships at all levels of the supply chain and within the corporate structure. He has extensive experience coaching presidents, senior management and project teams on creating and exceeding performance targets. Pierrakeas is the immediate past president of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC) Chicagoland Chapter, promoting excellence in management consulting through certification and education. He co-founded C3 Circle, a group of senior executives who foster and reward mutual trust, collaboration and growth with others.

Larry Bauman is a managing consultant with Value Innovation Partners, Ltd. (VIPGroup). He serves as the senior director of business development and special advisor to projects. He specializes in the service industries and provides leadership development, change management, strategy definition and training services in domestic and international markets. He has more than 32 years’ business experience in corporate executive and consulting positions. Bauman serves on the IMC board of directors as president. He holds the designation of Certified Management Consultant (CMC). He has degrees from Oxford College and Emory University, a graduate certificate in marketing from Texas Tech University and a Ph.D. in behavioral economics from Rushmore University. He serves as a visiting professor and teaches strategic business management at several universities.

Patrick Lucansky is an executive director of Value Innovation Partners, Ltd. (VIPGroup). He has held a variety of positions including production manager and director of operations. Lucansky holds a B.B.A. from the University of Iowa, an M.B.A. degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a CMC designation from the Institute of Management Consultants. He teaches at the B.A. and M.A. levels in the Chicago area. He is a certified lean sensei and a certified six sigma master black belt. Lucansky has co-authored dozens of articles published in journals such as PharmaChem magazine about lean operations and a supply chain redesign article in AME’s Target magazine.
