Highlights

Learn how METUS began its cultural transformation and deployed SAP utilizing continuous improvement tools during the height of a global pandemic.

Overview

After establishing a joint venture in 2018 and continuing to experience year-over-year growth, the leadership team at METUS decided the best way to enable business processes to outpace the growth was to start practicing lean. In the summer of 2020, METUS began its lean journey. In the last two years, the company has leveraged technology and tried and true lean concepts to engage employees and transform processes.
