In this session, we will cover not only room prep but also fun and interesting ways to present data to a non-technical audience. Explore the use of animated graphs, custom charts based on your industry, and personal touches that keep your audience interested and involved.

Brent Weichers is the director of continuous improvement for the North Americas at ICU Medical, which manufactures infusion therapy, oncology and critical care products worldwide. A Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, he has worked in continuous improvement for over thirty years. Weichers has a background in the automotive, aerospace, electronics and medical industries. He began his career at Toyota and later went on to work with Electrolux, Danaher and more.
