Overview
This tour will focus on the company's journey to increase the output capacity of its IP product line by utilizing value streams and process mapping to identify takt times and balance the process from sheet metal operations through final assembly. The tour will also touch on how AtlasIED has begun making investments to integrate stand-alone robotics with existing assets to offset labor shortages and run “lights out."
