You'll experience three methods of order placement and inventory management:

You'll also see how UChicago Medicine utilizes Tableau in supply chain operations and experience the hospital's formulary optimization. The tour will demonstrate best practices including continuous improvement, building sustainable processes, and how executive leadership continually demonstrates support for lean practices, continuous improvement
