Bridging the gap: Rethinking culture

With the advent of AI, robots, data currency, and big generational differences, we must first seek to understand the future of work and its impact on culture. The engagement model must consider a deep assessment of the work (VA/NVA), the mental model of the people, and the systems and infrastructure that support how the work gets done. A committed workforce needs to understand how they fit into the model and where they can contribute meaningfully to the system.
