Two years ago, the Lochinvar division of A.O. Smith began implementing the A.O. Smith Operating System. Based on the Toyota Production System, the AOS operating system uses a “model line” approach to transform process improvement, leadership and resource support. 

Please note: Tour site will provide safety glasses and hearing protection. OSHA approved safety shoes (Safety shoes or boots must have a leather upper, non-skid soles, oil resistance and impact and compression resistance ratings of 75. The shoes must also have built-in toe caps to meet requirements.)
