Tapping into unused talent

How to generate ideas from your greatest asset

Deep Dive Session
Tuesday, Oct. 30 Location Code
2:15pm-3:15pm Harbor Ballroom H, 2nd level TS/17

We all want our employees, at every level, to bring us their ideas so we can tap into the waste of 'unused talent.' Attendees of this session will learn how to do this. Discover the systems and tools that have led to over 30,000 implemented ideas in the Duha organization. In this interactive session, brainstorm with other attendees using one of these tools to gather and share ideas. Come prepared to share examples of how your organization generates ideas from your greatest asset.
