Broan-Nutone: Visit a 200,000 square foot facility in Tecate Mexico with over 450 employees that is dedicated to the fabrication and assembly of kitchen and residential ventilation products, starting from the fabrication process until the final packaged product. Broan Tecate has been transforming its operation in 10 years of operation, with employee engagement helping to drive CI by using key lean tools. Hear how by implementing these tools and initiatives there has been a sustained improvement. Learn how 3P has been successfully implemented and how it is now a key part of the company's new product development process, as well as process design. By letting employees drive improvement, the level of accountability and participation greatly increases the project’s level success. Key takeaways will be the value-add of 3P and other lean tools, and the context in which they have been implemented for CI.
