Hear about Inova's lean journey and the incredible level of engagement achieved across the organization, exemplified in the year-over-year growth of CI contributions by all team members. Inova has placed great emphasis on its “My CI Ideas” program that is driving out waste, increasing efficiency and developing more employee ownership of daily operations. Attendees will learn about Inova's lean six sigma training program (Lean 101/white belt/yellow belt), enterprise and business unit value stream mapping efforts, workplace organization (6S and visual management) and its TPM/OEE program.
