The tour will take attendees through examples of daily management and gemba walk visual boards. Both of these are prime components of Thermo Fisher's lean leadership model that drives accountability through daily tier meetings and instills discipline through standardized gemba walks. The tour will also include examples of operations and non-operations visual management and gemba boards.
